Webtalk "Talking about Intellectual Property"

On November 3, at 11am, another session of the webtalk "Talking about Intellectual Property" took place, an initiative organized by ECO in partnership with AIPPI - International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and ACPI - Portuguese Association of Intellectual Property Consultants.

The "Proposals to Alter the Industrial Property System" were under discussion, in a debate moderated by André Veríssimo, main editor of ECO, and which had a panel of guests composed of João Pimenta, lawyer and Industrial Property Agent at J. Pereira da Cruz, S.A., António Andrade, lawyer and partner at Abreu Advogados, Ana Maria Pereira da Silva, lawyer specialized in Intellectual Law, and Paulo Monteverde, lawyer and partner at Baptista Monteverde & Associados (BMA).

As always, J.E. Dias Costa has followed with great interest the new edition of a section that has promoted and fostered reflection and the exchange of views on the main issues related to the current situation of sectors such as Industrial Property and Intellectual Property.
