Our headquarters are located in Lisbon, Portugal, but we have a global presence – we have a vast network of partnerships that allow us to manage the industrial property matters of our Clients in every country around the world. Especially in the Portuguese-speaking African Countries (Angola, Mozambique, Guinea-Bissau, Cape Verde and São Tomé and Príncipe), as well as in Macau and East-Timor.

Being Portugal a member of the European Union we are qualified to act before the EPO - European Patent Office - European Patents, as well as before the EUIPO - European Union Intellectual Property Office – Trade Marks and Designs.

We have a multidisciplinary team of professionals, duly certified as qualified professionals by the appropriate European entities.

We are present in this territory due to the historical links between Portugal and Macau and we can assist and represent our clients in any field of Industrial Property.

It has its own Intellectual Property system (independent from mainland China) and is regulated by Industrial Property Law approved by Decree Law No. 97/99/M of 13 December 1999.

The Official Languages are Mandarin and Portuguese.
