Launch of the SME Fund 2023

The 2023 version of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Support Fund was recently launched to help SMEs based in the European Union protect their Intellectual Property (IP) rights.

This Fund is a European Commission initiative implemented by EUIPO - European Union Intellectual Property Office, open for applications between January 23 and December 8, 2023.

Up to 1000 euros per company

The program consists of direct financial support in the form of reimbursement vouchers for up to 75% of the official fees for filing one or more trademark and design applications (application fees) up to a maximum of 1000 euros per company.

Limited Funds

Funds are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
