Book “Enforcement of Decisions of the Unified Patent Court: A Survey of Participating Member States"

Gonçalo de Sampaio, partner at JEDC, was one of those invited to give his contribution, specifically focussed on the Portuguese context, for the book "Enforcement of Decisions of the Unified Patent Court: A Survey of Participating Member States", a collection of articles that provides professionals in the field with an insight into the national procedures for enforcing decisions issued by the UPC.
 
This first edition of the book edited by Christof Augenstein and Johanna Flythström analyses the cases of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal and Sweden.
