XXXVIII Study Days on Industrial and Intellectual Property

Rita Milhões was present, representing J.E. Dias Costa, at the XXXVIII Conference on Intellectual and Industrial Property of the Spanish Group of AIPPI, on February 16 and 17.

This year's edition of the event, which took place in Madrid, the Spanish capital, was attended by various entities and renowned personalities from the areas of intellectual and industrial property at a European level, and promoted debate and reflection on topics such as Artificial Intelligence and the susceptibility of its creations to protection, the procedures before the Unified Patent Court, and the major issues raised by the presence of trademarks in the metaverse.
