Examination Matters 2023

Nuno Gouveia, Patent Consultant of J.E. Dias Costa attended Examination Matters 2023.

The event, which began on 10th October and ended on 11th October, focused on several procedural and substantive aspects of examination proceedings, such as amendments, computer-implemented inventions, inventions in quantum computing, ranges in claims, plausibility and what to do when a case is remitted to the opposition division by the boards of appeal.
